Benjamin R. Weinstein

I am a junior studying Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and am interested in working in a research and development role in defense, industrial automation or controls. I am currently looking for internships for Summer 2023.

Outside of class, I have worked for Husco International as a design engineering co-op, General Dynamics Electric Boat as a Fleet Support Engineering Intern and in the Brunold Group in the UW-Madison Department of Chemistry as a research assistant.

I am also a member of the UW-Madison Sailing Team, and hold leadership roles as a both a member of the Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association’s Taskforce on Inclusion, Diversity and Equity and the Hoofer Sailing Club’s Board of Captains.
